“The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It’s also very close to the bus station which is very convenient if you’re traveling by bus because taxis in Tulum are expensive. The pool area is nice to relax for a couple of hours, everything is super clean, nice area to chill and work if you have to - highly recommended!”

“I had a great stay in BAU Tulum. The receptionist guided me around the hostel and gave great recommendations for Tulum. Great location - it is a few blocks from the ADO bus station and close to nice restaurants. The hostel had a nice common area with sofas, hammocks and a kitchen. AC is on all day in the dorm room. They have all the amenities that you find in a good hostel. I will stay here again if I come back to Tulum.”
“Nice and modern hotel, well situated near the bus station but far enough from the main road in a quiet area. It has a small swimming pool to refresh, a shared area with large tables to eat or work on a laptop and it also has shared cooking space. The dorm had a direct access to the swimming area, curtains and AC. Shared bathrooms were always clean and showers had hot water (enjoyable after a day of diving in the cenotes) The breakfast usually comes in 3 diverse options, and they are all exellent (thanks to the great cook). Juan the manager is a very helpfull and professional person, all the staff members were really nice. Can only recommand this place.”
